General Health & Safety

  • Statement of intent

  • Organisation chart Health and Safety

  • Arrangements on how you implement

 

Work Equipment

  • Examples of PAT records (Office and Site)

  • Register of Plant and Equipment

 

Competent Advice

  • Details on who provides competent Health and Safety advice. i.e Consultant (copy of CV)

 

Training Records

  • Examples of employees training records including Managers and Supervisors. Details on training providers and certificates, induction Training for new employees and / or onsite. i.e Asbestos Awareness Training, First Aid

What we can do to help with your CHAS application & include within quote. (IWQ)

  • PAT & Inspections will be YOUR responsibility.

  • Evans Consulting Ltd Consulting with provide Plant and Equipment forms and checklists. (IWQ)

  • Evans Consulting Ltd Consulting will provide samples of tool box talks and training matrix. (IWQ)

  • Additional training courses and costs may be involved.

  • Evans Consulting Ltd Consulting will provide forms and checklists. (IWQ)

  • We can carry out Audits and inspections costs from £95.00

  • Evans Consulting Ltd Consulting will provide sample toolbox talks, meeting minutes proformas, memos and advice on how to do this. (IWQ)

  • Evans Consulting Ltd Consulting will put procedures in place. (IWQ)

 

 

Additional Information required for a Construction Related company

Competent Advice

  • Details on who provides competent Construction Health and Safety advice. i.e Consultant (copy of CV)

 

Training Records

  • Examples of employees Construction related training records including Managers and Supervisors. Details on training providers and certificates, induction Training for new employees and/or onsite. SMSTS, CSCS

 

Consulting and Communication

  • Details of your arrangements for consulting with workers from overseas (i.e those with limited knowledge of the English language) and practical evidence illustrating this.

  • Evidence of how you ensure good co-operation and co-ordination of your work activities between contractors.

 

Welfare Facilities

  • Details of your arrangements for providing welfare provision and practical evidence illustrating this

 

Principal Contractor Management

  • Details of your arrangements to ensure you plan, manage and coordinate work during the construction phase of a project.

  • Copy of a suitably developed construction phase plan.
